1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Our service fees are generally refundable if the application has not yet been submitted to immigration.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Government fees paid to the Indonesian Immigration Department are non-refundable once the application has been processed or if the visa is rejected.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
